 Los alemanes EVIDENCE ONE, han firmado un nuevo contrato con el sello AFM Records. El tercer...
álbum de la banda, titulado "The Sky is the Limit", tiene fecha de lanzamiento programada para el 22 de Junio. El siguiente trabajo al "Tattooed Heart" (Nuclear Blast) de 2004, ha sido escrito y producido por el compositor Robby Böbel, quién ha abandonado su posición como guitarrista del grupo, pero que continuará involucrado con la banda en otras facetas. Su sustituto, Jörg "Warthy" Warthmann, se unirá al resto del grupo para la grabación del video "The Sky is the Limit" con los holandeses Lowlife Media (MASTERPLAN, PRIMAL FEAR, EXODUS).
